Denpasar, Lintasnusanews.com – Bali Bhayangkara Medco Valentine Eco Run (BBMVER) 2020 event was held by Polda Bali cooperated with PT Medco Power Indonesia followed by 6.426 members from 20 countries.
There is one thing in this event as the title “Run With Your Heart”. The committee stated , the couple from Belanda, Mr Niurman (71) and Mrs Niurman (82) were the oldest participants.
Niurman relates that their 52-years-old marriage, his decided to enliven BBMVER 2020 event while celebrating valentine’s day.
He also shared tips related to the preparations he did before entering the BBMVER 202 race. A compact couple wearing a pink shirt also revealed special tips so that stamina and health remain fit.
“We always make a tea without sugar for two of us, and then exercise routine for body metabolism,” said Niurman in Mertasari beach on Saturday (15/02/2020) at the night. (Tim/Boy)
